Hi there,
I bought some coilovers off ebay a while back and have been on my car for about 5 months now. They are SACHS Struts with eibach springs. The actual strut has a gas bottle attached which is filled with nitrogen and has an adjuster at the bottom which i think is for rebound but am not sure.
Problem
When pulling up onto the curb the front suspension seem to creak, would i be right in thinking this has something to do with the top mounts. Also i think the front drivers side has a slight gas leak, does anyone know where coilovers can be serviced.
The suspension is also extremely hard with no movement which is abit too hard for everyday driving, i dont think there is much gas in the struts but the springs are quite thick and short, do you think the springs are making it so hard and where can you buy new coilover springs. Thanks for taking the time to read all this and i hope someone can help.
