nope i don't need to as the front cabin will be sealed from the rear when it's all been built then all the areas round will be filled with expanding foam to make sure there are no random rattles to start with :)
sound proofing is for light wates fiberglass, expanding foam, mdf and steel is the future ;)
also know of people using concrete ;)

dynomat dones just stop vibrations, it increases spl. if you no about sound waves and how they travel etc u will no that for every 1 dB u gane its twice as loud. also for every metre u go away from source u lose 3 dB so blocking the front off from the back is gonna make a big differance. if i was going to spend X amount of muny of such system i would rather spend maby £100 getting dynomat too, trust me it makes a big difference

thats 3db doubles the volume in theory
dynamat is good but there are other ways to do the same thing that dynamat does
plus i'm not after spl i'm after a street bass monster
and to do what needs doing will be well over £100 probabably at least 4 times
i will be making mdf roof lining all the roof will then be filled with expanding foam as this is the place that will flex the most

and becouse it's walled the sound waves don't have chance to completely form in the area in front of the wall so sq isn't really gonna be a big thing but in theory if it's tuned low it should sound well especially with the equipment thats going in ;)

don't worry it's bein done right i'v always wanted a wall but never had a second vehicle to do it with so i'm making sure this is done right first time :)

cheers though
