Cutting out

Not sure whether this will be electrical or mechanical...but decided to post here anyway.
Just over the past couple of weeks or so my car has started stalling. Maybe while sitting in traffic or letting the car roll while idleing, it'll just cut out. Then i start it up again and its totally fine! It's only happened maybe 4 times in the past couple of weeks but obviously dont want the problem to escalate.
