I havn't fitted it, but I took the original splitter off and put it back on which is pretty much the same am guessin.

Just jack the front of the car up, go under with a torch and screwdriver and pop all the clips out (after uve undone the screws at either end). THen its just a matter of clipping the gti splitter in. Piece of cake.

u dont even need to go that far, i just unscewed the hex bolts, then used a screwdriver to help get the first clip out. Once the first one is out u can lever the rest out quite easily, no jacking up required. Sometimes a bit of a bugger to get the new splitter to fit on snugly, i had to do some tapping with a rubber hammer

Yeh, theyre just infront of ur front wheels in the arch - cant miss em, they screw into the splitter!

I was making sure it would fit back on after, coz i had a pretty good idea my new splitter wouldn't fit so didn't wanna break any of the clips.

Chris :D
