I wish my car got a present like that ! All mine got was a tailgate repaired !
Manifold looks great, I hope your are pleased with the results. They are meant to be very good for the gti. I like your change in direction in choice of modifications for the car.

Well i took it to "Exhausts UK" as recommended by 'ICEYPOLO', based in Sheffield and they did an excellent job! They didnt mention any problems with the lamda situation...Although it needs extending to fit on the Raceland.
I was going to get it De-catted and a stealth custom exhaust also on the day...but im moving out in a couple of months so i had to change my plans
So far the car feels a lot better, it doesnt sound loud at all (which is good IMO) Will feel better once i have enough to do the exhaust and CAT

I can certainly feel a slight difference yeah, i had a saxo chasing me last night and it couldnt catch up, but then im guessing it would have been a vtr
£170 brand new off a guy on club lupo, then £90 fitted at Exhausts UK in Sheffield...they spent from 11:30 till about 4:30 but with a lunch break inbetween so about 4 hours.
Will feel better when i upgrade my exhaust and possibly a de-cat.
