Lemmiwinks Revo-Technik anyone?

I found some VAG tuning shareware from web a long time ago,
I just happened to plug it in today,get no connection with my OEM
VAG-com cable(which has 4 pin at the ISO end).
I was just wondered if anybody try it, does it works with our 6N2?
Or I just bought a crapy cable? The cable is working fine with VAG-com 3.112 though.

You need an ecu flasher, eg KWP2000. They cost £100+ But be very careful, its easy to ruin your car!
The OBD2 cable you have is only for on board diagnostics (hence OBD) and cannot alter the mapping of your car, thats where a flasher interface comes in.

Basically, it won't adjust enough to make your car super fast. I wouldn't want to DIY my tuning, because I know my car would blow up as a result. I think ECU mapping should be left to the pros, thats why I recommend real Revo.
