280mm brakes

can I get 14" wheels over the top or will I need 15s.

Seriosly doubt you'll get 14s over them.
i dont even think 15's are big enough??? maybe they are tho. cant remember.

Would depend on the design of the 14's. They should fit under 15's, but won't fit under mine
So there for sale if anyones interested. I have carriers and g60 callipers

15's should just hold 280's, 300's need 16's for definate
