Rear wash wipe...ka-putt!

Guys,
I know this is a regularly occuring thread, I know because it's probably been me who has started them all! ha ha ha!
Anyway, all the usual things have been checked, the pipe isn't leaking and I've cleaned the hole out, which has made it a little better as there is now a dip of screenwash coming out but not how it used to be...I've always used the VW screenwash so can't be that anything is blocking the pipe...any ideas as it's bugging me...
