If anyone is wondering where my D90's have gone.
They are off for the winter.

Some nice touches. Really like them lights.
Could i ask where you bought the new Hella rear lights from?
Also did you use a LHD gas pedal, as i heard they fit better on the 6n2?
Cheers

I bough the lights from ebay. They are clear lights which have been tinted red. I'm not sure if Hella make the clear lights anymore, but a company called impro make them. They are exactly the same and are basically Hella lights.
I think the gas pedal is RHD. I'm not sure as it was bought as a gift. But i'll find out.

i love those r32 pedals - they look really sweet. Not a big fan of the look of the lights in the daylight though, although it has to be said that they look better at night. Fair play for going for something a bit different.

Silky has been playing AGAIN, this man never stops
Ive seen these lights done before but i think you may be the first for a black GTI and they suit it down to a tee! The pedals are sweet and def add a special touch to the interior
Keep up the good work mate and maybe one day you may see me add my 1 year old GTI lip to mine

I really like the lights, prefer them over the standard ones.

Nice lights sir! Mine are being dispatched on Monday for a little modification too, but don't worry they won't look like yours
Do you find that once you start modifying the car you can't stop tinkering with it, little bits here and there? I think they evolve over time, they're never really "finished" in the truest meaning of the word
Keep it up! And hopefully I will see all of your hard work in the metal at Inters or GTI Summer Festival perhaps? E38 for sure
Cheers

Looking good there Silky, be good to see it again sometime soon.
I may even have to do something else to the car when I get it back from SQ+ because of the extra weight over the back
I won't know until I get it.

Will be next week now, he sent me an e-mail at 01:35 this morning to say his fitter is off sick, so he's had to put in some late nights working on it.
Even offered to pay for me to rent a car which was real good of them.
So maybe mid next week.
