hi
wen i had my last zorst from powerflow it was sound but wen i lowered it , it rattles wen at low revs ,
i now have a new zorst from gt3 exhausts , and the problem is still there ,
and ive realised that it rattles because the zorst goes over the axel and its really anoying ,

so does anyone else have this problem and if i can do a little boj job to stop this rubbing ?

also my new mods this month

: angel eyes removed ,
:put standard headlights bk on
: front cluster indicators
:new zorst 4 in oval
:new spoiler
:bonet extender

to be honest i fink the standard lights and clear indicators look loads better than my old angel eyes , wot does anyone else fink ?
i will post updated pics soon

my exhaust also knocks on the rear axle

Its not a powerflow mind, or any other fancy razmataz. Its juts a savage backbox.. i think.. or rage... i forget....
Either way ti does this exavct same thing! though more so when i got lots of weight in the back then any other time.

Id be muchly greatful if anyone can suss this aswell!

Mine does this too, especially now I'm down by 80mm. The amount of times I have had the car in the air only for it to still rattle. I think the only solution for me is to buy a centre silencer (currently removed) and go for a side exit exhaust. Still pondering at the mo.

I also have this rattle until what i believe is some sort of guard fell off, maybe cat guard, it doesnt rattle when driving only on certain revs etc or just idle, if you hold it with someone and rev, its a guard thing near drivers side it will stop making a noise, its only welded on,

Found the problem with mine and may be the same with everyone else's. With the standard rubber hangers on the rear the silencer sits to low, especially if it's been lowered. Go over a speed bump and the exhaust whacks the rear axle. The solution I have come up with is to ditch the rear hangers in favour of a ghetto style job. I made up two metal plates and drilled holes in each end to match the bolt holes for the original hangers. I found some rubber pipe that was just the right diameter to slide onto the hangers of the new exhaust, I then bolted this onto the body work. The silencer is now secure (bast*^d does not move at all), does not rattle and sits about an inch and a half higher than normal.
