hya.. wanted 2 know your opinion of chip tuning a polo 1.4, will i feel the change? what numbers r we talking about in bhp?

when i asked this question i got told theres no point unless its 16v

remap should be the last mod you make to an engine too. i.e. do exhaust, cams, headwork, induction etc etc first. not sure it's really worth it for an 8v.

Totally agree with that, as they will be able to remap to suit all your mods! The chip would make very VERY little difference on the polo engines, unless it is a Turbo deisel etc. You will prob only see 2-3bhp on an 8v, 5-6bhp on a 16v, 10bhp on a GTI, 30 or so bhp on the turbo deisel
