Amen to that, I'll finally be reunited with it on Wednesday after 3 weeks
Can't wait for the GTi power again, should be a bit quicker than the 1.3 diesel Vauxhall Combo I've been using

Back on topic, that's about the best I have. Apologies for the fact it was blowing a gale when I took it.

thanks for the pics guys...
your right it is difficult to tell with a picture taken from a camera...
im asking because i friend of mine has a 54 plate BMW 330, it has xenons and i noticed how amazingly bright they were. they created like a blueish light on the floor but very bright.... it was like a even spread of blueish/whiteish light
was just wandering how the gti lights compared to the 330's
thanks anyway.... i may have to keep an eye out for a gti when drving during the night

I have driven a fair few high end new BM's on occasion and in terms of light output, the Gti's xenons are not a patch on the BM's.
IMO the gti's xenons look a lot better than they actually perform.
One of the problems with the gti's xenons is that there is very little manual adjustment that can be made to the light output or range, it has to be done using VAGcom (VAG computer).

Is there any way to increase GTi Xenons to a temp of 6000K?

Ditto.
I was thinking about that myself.
