here's the latest addition to my polo.. some lovely german plates! :D

as stupid as it sounds, i felt my old plates ruined the look of the car as they were peeling and in the big old font! i badly wanted the german plates and managed to get them cheaper than it would cost to get UK ones, 13 quid p&p all in!

ok so there are legal issues with them but I think they're far better value.. its embossed, fully reflective and pressed metal!

i'll get more pics up including the front, once i give the polo a good wash..

the listing doesn't state that they are reflective :?
I've asked the seller just incase, don't fancy ordering them and then receiving a set of non-reflective ones

I know but trust me you're far less likely to get stopped.
my mate is a trafic cop and he told me the reason most guys who have euro plates get stopped is because they stand out a mile because the plates are not reflective.

I would have thought the german font would have been a give away they were illegal! haha

I've not had any trouble *touch wood*
