I`ve got a gamma 6disk changer in my car and this may sound daft but everytime i change up the gears the volume goes up by itself can anyone shed any light on this as it`s bloody weird cheers

I cannot remember the name of what it is but if you press and hold the round TP button down you get some options.

I think its GALA (best to check in the radio manual), which auto adjusts the volume dependant on car speed (ie it gets louder to compensate for the road noise being louder at higher speeds)

I turned mine off as i have my music loud anyway!

It is indeed a setting, hold down TP set and then its the first option that comes up, GAL or somet, you can turn it up or down, the idea is that you do not notice an increase, as the road noise gets louder the volume sound stay that same, if you get me.
