Halfords bulbs

Does anyone know if the halfords xenon bulbs any good? They claim to be 50% brighter then standard. Anyone know or suggest anyothers?

waste of money for how much they cost, if you want brighter bulbs buy much cheaper ones on ebay. If you want serious brightness you should consider and HID kit.

About £14.99 for the 6n2 buy one get one free.
Do u recomend any?

Alex do urs look a little like xeneons? Also they give much difference in lighting?

Yes. Its a very crisp bright white light - with a hint of blue. When used with a projector lens headlight, the effect is even more like a xenon. My dad has them in his Merc :D

Compared to the blueness of my sidelights (one of which im waiting on a replacement for), they are far from Xenon HID's, but a much better night driving experience.

In comparison, my foglights are yellowy compared to that of my headlight bulbs :D
