Are those wheels 13"? If so thats perhaps why it looks alot worse, dont get me wrong Im not trying to say that they are -60.

no the wheels are 15's i have 17's waiting to go on but feck if i put them on the now then ile be like a bus, my standard shocks are smaller than the ones on the rear so obviously theyve sent me the wrong shocks x

Dollyburd Look at the rear shocker and see if theres any wee grooves below where the spring is sitting might just be its been set on the higherst setting and you have to put the spring cap right down to the lowest setting? tell me how you got on!Cheers

I hate sellers like that. If you paid by credit card contact your credit card company and inform them the item supplied is not the right item and not fit for purpose and open a dispute.
Nooooo way are they meant to look like the cars been jacked up!
Also worth a try to contact your Trading Standards office for advice it's free and they will be able to tell you what to do as having dodgy suspension can be very dangerous.
Hope that helps.

yeh im gonna phone trading standards tomorrow and see what i can do about this, they are now saying i have to send the FULL suspension kit back and they will investigate it, if its wrong i will get a new one, i explained the kit is right its the back shocks that are wrong, i forwarded pictures and they are still adament the kit is right, they are saying i have to pay for postage on sending the shocks back and pay £40 for new ones aswell as delivery, i have already paid over £200 for the full kit plus getting it fitted x

For reference the part number for the 60mm kit should be PISK4010XL.
Might be worth checking if there's a part number on any invoices/emails from POTN or on the actual shocks themselves.
