right.. i was all prepared to get down to a DIY refurb on my bbs rxIIs this week but due to an over zealous tackle at monday night 5-a-side, i fractured my thumb leaving it looking like a kentucky fried chicken leg!?

so i've been left handicapped and unable to do almost everything, even eating with knife and fork! my computer is just about the only thing i can use so I thought i'd have a stab at photoshop.. this was probably a blessing in disguise as i'm considering having the centres of my wheels powder coated but wasn't sure what colour... here's are the results of my ammateur photoshop (don't laugh!).. the wheels were borrowed from DanDiesel and some guy who was selling his polo on pistonheads, cheers fellas!

tell me what u guys reckon?? sorry the quality of the pics isn't the best!

Gunmetally-anthracite, or colour coded same as the car which I guess is near enough gunmetal anyway

Colour code m8. Got mine gunmetal with a chrome touch on them. Havent posted updates but I can show u if u wish?

I'm going to have be another vote for colour coded.

mon tbf id stay with ur silver ones they look the best out of them all cuz it shows off the car bt when u put darker ones on to me it dulls the car down!!! that my opinion bt its ur call mate but i hope i have give u something to look at ?

but u'kno i'm still just as undecided as before! my car has looked the same for a while now and i'm kinda bored of it, looks abit ordinary to me now!

so a colour change is likely... i kinda go with the majority and say gunmetal grey like on the TVRs..

but the black wheels in deevubs sig look so good! plus therz a set of rxIIs on ebay now in satin black that look slick so i'm tempted by that!

having said that, i reckon with a good refurb the silvers will stand out and still make difference as they're in a shabby state right now! plus i feel darker centres make wheels look smaller...

argh cant make my mind up! well will just have to wait till i get started with the refurb b4 i decide... if it goes well and shotblasting/powdercaoting is reasonable then i might just go ahead and try out all three!

the swelling on the thumb has gone down but still cant bend it.. progress delayed for another 2 weeks i reckon!
