How to fit the new component speakers for MK5

I got my speakers ready now, but i couldn't find any way to open the door cover. give me some idea please. 
are you trying to remove the whole door card? if so you need to remove the cover of the door grab handle, then this will expose securing screws.
with these removed it's just clipped into place, remember to remove the door lock pin if you need to (not sure on this - probably not)
give it a good pull once those screws are out of the way
