Hi,

Basically you don't want to spend £100+ for the vw adapter when there is a cheaper version which i better i believe and have already installed it.

The radio in our polos is called VW RCD 200 made by grundig (when removing it, you don't need the code as it should auto code from the ECU, it did on mine anyway)

The company who makes the ipod intergration are called dension and i bought my icelink from this guy from ebay in canada and he is excellent and would recommend him to all of you!

http://search.ebay.co.uk/_W0QQfgtpZ1QQf ... enterprise

the guys name is asif sinai and is very approachable and helpful

well i won mine for about £60 including P+P and no import duties as it was marked as gift!

to remove your radio from the car you need these keys

which i bought from ebay but you can buy from caraudiodirect

once the radio is removed unplug everything and then slot the ipod cd changer plug into the harness and i routed the cable into the glove box and poped off a little unused hatch which went from the stero into the glove box

and hey presto ipod intergration for £60

will add pics later 10 days time ish (they need taking)
