6n polo Turbo

hi there guys i am turbo'ing my 1.4 16v myself i have the kit!, just wanted to know what will i have to do to my engine as i have been told i have to do my bottom end and need forge pistons any ideas or help would be very nice

how much boost pressure and power are you planning on getting? you could probably see another 20-30% without having to do anything, but more than that and you'll need shorter pistons to change the compression ratio, and stronger internals (like the bottom end you mentioned)

hi guys basically i go on germany ebay alot,because they have loadz mre stuff lol,anyhow i have got chatting to a guy and he will make me the whole kit-
manifold
intercooler
ally pipes
hoses
turbo
etc the lot
and i can get it at a good price 1200 at your door. i think this is good i can send you pics if you like send me your email and i will send you pics..
