mk v recalls

hi all ,
can anyone tell me , if there is anywhere which lists, all the recalls of the vw mk v (6n2 ) polo, as i have just bough one and wondered if things had been done or no

I beleive thats only valid on the GTI version

The VOSA database only lists the pedal box as a recall for the GTi.

What does the sticker look like on the boot floor and the stamp in the book for the pedal box recall???
I have a sticker (engine codes paint codes etc...) but I dont think this is it.
Dont THINK I have a stamp - where would it be?
Sending car in to get doors sorted so may get this done at the same time.
