central locking was working fine then suddenly decided to stop working, tried doing it manually no result so its not the remote. Checked the fuse thats fine. Any ideas?
Also on another note, the light that lights up my heater dials dosnt work; this isnt a fuse either because all the other dash lights are ifne. i changed the bulb in the centre of it but still dosnt work, any suggestions? Cheers guys

Central locking pump has died by the sound of it. Quite costly tho worth looking in a scrappy
As for the heater lights, the wire may have come disconnected - its quite hard to get to unfortunately

If you put a new pump in, its gotta be an electrical fault somewhere along the line - i presume that it doesnt look/unlock from the inside switch or anything?
Have you checked all related fuses - there are a handful that can be connected in some way to the CL

nah dosnt unlock from inside. I checked the fuse but i think today i will check all of the fuses. It was weird i just locked my car fine, grabbed a snack, came back and central locking was gone. Then just ONCE since it worked and then its gon again.

Can you hear the locking pump working?
Mine had a locking problem before I bought it, turned out to be a leaking pipe.

Sounds like something keeps burning them out - there may well be a short circuit somewhere in the power supply.
