hi what would the mpg on a 1992 polo CL coupe 1043cc with (single-point injection) be. And what is the bhp?

the mpg, im not sure, ive asked this question but i figure it depends... I went 500miles this weekend and it cost me £55 at about 97p-98p per litre. (thats not booting it, averaging 70 and maxing 80 (maybe 85 when not paying attention) on the motorway)

Its far too much maths for me to do right now....11p/mile is the best i can do! hope it helps though

Just done a 400mile round trip in my 1994 1043cc polo and got 42mph. very pleased, but i usually average 35mph ish, my wife's 1991 1043cc gets about 32mph. could be the higher miles on her car, or the way she drives it...
