Why is the exhaust emissions light on in my 9n??

Anybody got any ideas why the exhaust emissions warning light would come on????

mine came on the other day, the lambda sensor may have moved slightly, so the light may go off soon, or maybe the sensor isnt working or something, ask somebody to have a look at it

My light came on this morning i stopped at shop and when i came back out the light was on should i be worried, my bf's garage has a code reader going to plug it in tonight when i get back home. Could it be caused by all this rain??
