you could fit one with a little LED and a push switch if ya wanted to

thered be no point - you can barely get anything in there as it is, so to add an led (contradicting my previous post) would just be a waste of time hahaha

As said the Polo Gti never came with a glovebox light
So i fitted one(acquired from local scrapyard) and it worked by tapping off lights feed
And used a blue led to try and mix in with dash
and there was a voltmeter for my amp and sub aswell...
