Polo Gti Gearbox trouble

Hey everone.
Could anyone help me I got a few gearbox troubles and clutch troubles.
Where to start, my clutch is very hard to press and when I do I get a squeek sounds like a heavy door squeeking. The squeek isn't coming from the peddal but form the gear selector folk in the engine bay where the clutch cable meets it. I have changed my clutch a few months ago and it did sort this problem out but it has come back. My gearbox is also sometimes hard to get into gear forth is a problem and when driving the gear stick moves backwards and forwards sometimes alot. Also I can feel loads of vibrations through the gear stick it feels like the gearbox is on its way out. Plus I have no power at all, car really struggles to pick up speed.
Can anyone help or have experienced similar problems? Now a good garage?
