Desperate for smooth bumpers - anywhere in Scotland

Hey guys, my nearest guy can't do my bumpers until after the Polo Show, but I need them done before. I'm stuck in my house revising for resits and they don't end until 2 weeks. I'll have 3.5 weeks before Polo Show to get my car sorted.
Any garages in Scotland that will do plastic welding? I'm really desperate
