Alloys and lowering

Need help what size alloys and how much to lower my mk4 1 litre polo
ello mate welcome to the forum!
most people with mk4s will fit 15inch alloys with a 195/45/15 tyre size!
and most people will say that 50-60mm is a good amount to be lowered by with the 15s!
