Door Cards

HELP!!!!!!
Just install my new speaker in the Polo 9N 1.2 E, there working great stuff.... only im trying to put the door card back on and i cant. i followed the advice on the website, about removed the screws etc and that was all fine. But i just cant get the thing back on, anyone know a easy way????
i can get the one side on but then the other side is impossible, am i being thick........
