help please!

i was driving home the other day wit my gf when i realised that all 3 of the brake lights on my car arnt working!! does anyone know why this could be?

break light switch connected to the break pedal. EPC light should come on if this fails.
I think it only costs about a £12 and is fairly easy to replace yourself.

Yup as ben says really easy to change - just twists out and unplugs from infront of the brake pedal - all you have to remove is the cover above the pedals which is two T20 torx screws worth of work

so im better off getting a aftermarket HU, can i use my cd changer with an aftermarket HU??
im looking at a blaupunkt unit they anygood??
also im fitting some new door speakers do i just chop the vw plug off and wire in the new speaker???

No you cant use the CD Changer unforunately - VW gear is only compatible with VW HUs
Blaupunkt are very good - i have one in mine sound quality is fantastic
And yes you do, though there are adapters so you dont have to cut the ends off (the wiring isnt that great to be honest!!)
