well after a great weekend away and another show at trax, i decided to whisk mel (girlfriend) off to the lakes for a few nights, she seems to big in to camping at the minute so off we went.

we went up to a nice camping site called Park Cliffe and enjoyed (if thats the term) a few nights camping

had some great walks, comedy times and a good old chill out, i got a few pics of the site where we stopped which iv put below

and then when we went down to lake windamere (sp) the next day and wow, aint it just lovely there

theres also a few snaps i got of the car when we were around and about the area too

and my personal favourite

was really nice to just get away and be somewhere in the country which is so unmessed about with and natural, with the old stone walls and narrow long and winding roads,

so to help take advantage of the roads i got to work fitting these front and rear forge upper strut braces to stiffen things up a treat before we set off which i picked up from trax at the weekend,
i got them both in the mirror polished finish which looks spot on and goes well with my forge 007p re circ valve

opinions welcome as always

Looks very good. I'm interested to know how easy the rear one is to mount? It looks like you have done a clean job of it.

Also, Is the driving feel noticably different afterwards?

Thanks Mate.

they are both suprisingly easy to fit to be fair to forge, the rear one is defo harder but unlike the fromt comes with full fitting instructions to help which is a bonus

iv found the braces to be more supportive, particularly noticed they seem to reduce/stop chassis flex in cornering and stop in cornering squeeking and rattles too,

the front one also makes the steering feel more positive as well and more like its properly connected to the car if that makes sense
