ermm yeah, only way i'd get down from there is taking the wheels off and winding the coilies up

and 20minutes later i would be down that slope lol

lol it will be soon - im sorting out a collection of snaps, to do a progress thread on it. The car needs a good clean before I can take some snaps - front has collected a fine collection of flies and other UFOs haha!

my bodged way of dealing with this is i never got around to actually sticking in my splitter its just slotted on, but when i run into troulbe like this i just give it a yank and its clear lol

I have a 1.5" thick worktop cut off in the boot of my polo that i use to reverse outta my drive everyday

You just have to grin and bear it really, when you're scraping or rubbing; it's the price you pay to have a lowered car. Anyway; that's what the splitter is for; mine has gashes and battle scars all over it.

I knw its all the fun in it but dam its frustrating somtimes......esp when ur looking to go out in a rush

Craig I have that problem every single day cos I park in a multistorey... my splitter is gashed to hell underneath and I'll be damned if im replacing it for use on Irish roads!!

Naw... but if i go down the ramps too fast the splitter ALWAYS catches and pulls out about half way, so im stuck there like a t**t trying to push the thing back in after ive parked it! Thank god for that splitter. The bottom of the bumper would be a state without it!!
