UK-POLOS.NET - THE VW Polo Forum

Arrived home yesterday evening with the drivers elec window down and passengers up. Went to shut the drivers and it wouldnt work, so went to see if the passengers worked and it did BUT is only went down !! So now iv got both windows open and they wont close!! Had to cover the polo last night. Iv checked the fuses and the are fine. So whats the problem please help!!! Cheers

more than likely its the regulator/lifter that has gone wrong! repair kits can be bought from vw or even vag parts.
in the mean time i'd take the doorcard off and wedge the windows up until such times that they can be fixed!
