sub frames for polo 6n2

hi guys i was wondering ifyouguys could help me at all????
i have some seats for my car and i cant seem to find sub frames for them!!!
because apparently my bolt mesurments are to big for the rails!!
most ofthe seat companys, there seats have shorter bolt sizes!!!
i reali dont know wot to do could any body help me??
the sizes are
front to front45cm
back to back 45cm
left front to left back 18cm
right front to right back 18cm
all help would be greatfull
its for a mk5 polo 6n2!!!
