Aftermarket head units

Looking for pictures of peoples aftermarket head units with fascia adaptor, and where you bought it from. Specifically GTI.
Swaying towards Blaupunkt for the colour of the lights, persuade me otherwise!

Here is a picture of what I did. I got an Alpine iDA-X001 bacause of the full speed compatability with ipod, doesnt have a CD player though. It can change between blue or red back lighting - i use red. The facia adaptor I fitted is a VW part and clicks into place like you would expect an OEM part to. Its flush with the rest of the dash and looks great. Was going to get it sprayed silver to match the rest of the dash, but once I put it in it all kinda works so I left it black. It also has a non slip mat inside it which stops my phone sliding around. I got it from VAG parts and it was about £15.

Heres mine mate - My gauges are where the cubby hole used to be with headunit above.

Aint got the part number phone a vw dealer and ask for the single DIN cubby box as in the Polo 9n without cd player

So its just a cage up top with the cd player in it and the box/draw type thing underneath?

I may have a double-din facia adaptor with can-bus wires etc, i'll have a look and let you guys know if anyones interested.
