Allright guys. I've been residing on these forums for a few months now, making useless comments and showing the rest of you what the true meaning of a 'noob' is when it comes to Dubbing. Needless to say, I'm still one. But I've managed to get a few mods on my car. Here are some pictures of my ride. Beware though, the sheer BEAUTY of my amazing rims might be too much for some to handle. So enough of the BS, here are a few pics. All comments are welcome, especially ones containing complete utter hatred for my so-called Polo.

Cheers mate. Yea colour drums black...why didn't I think of that!?!

But remove Rieger splitter? Are you mad?! That thing makes it look awesome! I'm getting Rieger Inifinity sideskirts and a spoiler aswell! I'm not going for the OEM kinda look...something more aggressive and racey looking.

Yo NOZ, what kinda exhaust have you got? I don't wanna get ripped off with another mod so how much should I spend on the whole exhaust system?

Got some potential there I reckon

The 4x4 look will be the new dub look

I'm not a huge fan of the Euro/smoothed look - it's kinda been overdone too often but thats just me

Not sure about the cow catcher but teh more I look at the more I think that works quite well with a 8V bumper

Defo paint drums black - just shouts out I've got drums on the back not discs

I quite like the wheels - done in black they might look better

get some clear side repeaters (couple of quid)

silvered bulbs for the front indicators (get rid of the fried egg look for couple of quid max)

Get some Wheel bolt covers too (again pence)

No offence meant - do what YOU want not what others think you should do

Cheers lads for the compliments!! Yeah I'm doing exactly what you guys are sayin...except for selling the splitter for a fiver!!

* Black drums are a wicked idea and I'm gonna do them ASAP.

* The wheels in black are something I REALLY wanna do but its gonna be costly refurbing every wheel...about £200 ( £50 per rim)?

* I got smoked side repeaters so thats done

* Silvered bulbs...a great idea I didn't even think about. Cheers!

* But what are wheel bolt covers? Remember....I'm a noob.

THIS is the issue thats giving me a massive amount of headache. Before lowering my car I wanna get my exhaust sorted. Please can you guys explain to me what kinda exhaust works and what I should be looking for. I went to a place where they do custom exhausts and they said I needed a DTM exhaust 'cause they didn't want to cut the rear bumper but that would cost about £350! Isn't there anyway to get a cheaper exhaust system??

Again, I REALLY appreciate your advice. Thanks!

[P.S- Thanks for Dub1 for selling me the Angel Eyes- he's a legend...he won't run off with your cash if you want to buy something off him!]

if you wanna keep the splitter then try working on it to get rid of the angles from the 2 parts of the bumper and the splitter. Might aswell set yourself a project to spray your rims black.

I got a tuneable 4" Jap style burnt tip backbox if you want that. You will have to cut the bumper though, which personally I think is better so it allows you to lower your car more before the exhaust catches on anything. Yours for £35 but you'l have to pick it up or arrange delivery.

Hah, i'v been trying to shift my old gear for nearly a year and i'v only managed to sell 2 induction kits!

Thanks for reminding me about the grill. Just got the badgeless one from mates. Will attach it and see if I prefer that to the Kemei style grille. Which ever grille stays off, thats for sale!

I'm sure 8v's factory bumper comes with a dent in the center of the lower bumper! That features almost as common as Polo's being hatchbacks!
