polo gti front grille

hi i have recently seen that on the polo gti grilles some have a red outline which looks really good could anyone tell me if they are painted on or where you can get them from or DIY instructions ? cheerz Ricky

red tape from halfrads. it comes in a small blue box and comes in different widths. cheap too
