There was me thinking my car stood out!

Went to asda today, thinking how I hadn't seen a cupra yet & have owned it for around a month, I drive into asda to grab dinner and
Not only is it the same color! but it has the same rims, similar exhaust, lowered about the same, coloured bump strips and same numberplate style!. The only difference I could see was he didnt have brembo's upfront! & his intercooler had no grill covering it...oh and no leon splitter..or tints
I've been on seatcupra.net for a few months as well and havent seen anything similar to mine! and no one with the same rims!

Sods law that is mate.
It usually happens when you buy a car, you never see any about til you buy one then every other car is the same as yours, I still haven't found that with the GTi though luckily

its usually the opposite with me, i saw loads of gti's before i got mine, one being my next door neighbours and one parked right on my road....i got it and they all disappeared! now i've sold my gti they have all come back, i dont go for a drive without seeing one lol

I'm not to fussed if people copied mine. I'd see it as a compliment. I've got a smooth bumper that's been done before, but I've only seen one person move their gti badge to the left like me, and no one with the rear beetle badge

Further to my previous post, and on the subject of cars looking very very similar, did you notice your old Polo and mine have/had a close likeness

yeah! shame i never saw yours before my polo was sold, great minds think alike though! good luck with the further modding si, sounds like its going to be a show stopper

There is one just like mine that goes around here - when it was non colour coded, and had the RX2s on. I havent a clue who drives it as they dont seem to be on this or any local forum!

that is pretty freaky! i haven't seen another ibiza like mine before, there is a same colour, tdi100 near me which i lowered but never a tdi130 done up like mine!

Same with me, it sucks! Theres two GTis that i see regularly, one 3 door red OEM but lowered, and the other 3 door black, tints black badges exhaust etc.... But their both not on here (so it seems anyway) and both dont bat an eyelid when we cross paths!
