i have seen on ebay that you can buy actauly 6n2 rear badges, but they dont sell the front ones for a 6n2. so can you use a 6n front grill badge on a 6n2, they look similair.

Nope 2 different stlye of badges i'm afraid, the MK5 has a dome effevt and is bigger than the MK4 (6N) one,

Although you can buy MK4 Golf ones which are the same size, you sure you cant find any?

oright thanks. yeh there is definetley not mk5/6n2 front black badges. but i will look look for the mk4 golf ones now!
is the rear badge easy to fit/take off aswell??

Just too add, its a piece of p*** to turn your badge black if you so desire, Rub it done, a few coates of primer, then a couple of gloss black, and some Laquer out of rattle tins, Job is a good un!

i would have to buy all that stuff so just easier to order from ebay....its pretty cheap.
anyway about the fitting, would it be easy for front and rear?

Right the front just pop out, take the grill out, which just lifts out and there is 3 clips and hey presto, as for the back, i believe its just stuck on, so a good pull, Not 100% sure but 98% they fit the front, not sure about the back,
