window tinting

hi im thinking of tinting my rear windows to hide my sound system.
is it worth trying to it the pre cut ones or get it done y an expert?

the do it yourself ones are a real hastle, I got quoted about £110 for my whole car to be tinted professionaly which isnt bad, Ive done a few self tints, theyre ok but the results are never pro, and the back window is a proper pain in the arse to get in place without loads of bubbles and creases getting in. The precut ones are pretty expensive, if you wanna try yourself Id go for the rolls which are like £10 and have a go with that, cutting its pretty easy so long as your knife is sharp.

The quote i got in london was £200. If you can get it for £110 thats a BARGIN!!

i spent 10 pounds on some tint film.
it was good quality stuff, just bloody hard to put on.
i screwed mine up and gave in after about 2 hours.
110 isn't bad for the whole car.

ye i heared the seft tints are hard to do! my brothers boss will do it for 100quid so i mite just get him to do it!

When i get some money in, in a few months, i think i will be giving that place a visit, only problem is i'l have to spend a few hours in luton, anywhere good around their????
