Part numbers

Following my difficulty recently finding part numbers for stock item (gti mats and splitter...although I not sure I'd swap to a gti item now as my 6n 16v as its a little different and has grown on me), thought people could advise via this thread to ones they know as I'm sure these types of questions crop up all the time.
I'll kick it off with the basics I replaced today:
Airfilter for 6N2 1.4 16v: CA5898
Spark plugs (NGK 2397): BKUR6ET-10

Im not sure what part numbers they are, but they arent VW thats for sure.

lol or 1J0 for some parts hehe if you happen to cross over
Its XNX XXX XXX (XXX) X is numbers or letters. Thats the format of a VW part number like 3CO 690 662 CBA for example.

Then we know what to ask for at dealers, if you dont know the numbers.
