offset/pcd help for my gti??

hi all, im looking at a set of 7x 15s for my polo, iirc the pcd is 4x100 but is the offset of 35 ok to fit snugly when the car is slammed?
also would i be able to stretch any tyres over these?im guessin not cos they're so slim??
