Take the wishbones off and put it in a vice, there are two types of bushes a barrel type which is realatively easy to change, and the dohnut type which you have to smash ot with a hammer, then i thinke the powerflex bushes are two-piece and just slide in

Im going to have to pull out of this if it doesnt happen in the next week or two as i need these replaced and will just hav eto buy them full price.

Been looking to get this for ages, and with getting my new wheels on this week thought i better get my finger out. Been checking ebay alot for there and this has just came up :
