which spark plugs do you use?

as above really, what do you guys use/recommend. cheers 
I would suggest you stick with standard plugs...
I know a couple of people have had issues with using different plugs, the ECU doesnt seem to like it....
You can either get the plugs from VW, or your local motorfactor should be able to supply you with them... They are Bosch I think, the VW and generioc part numbers are slightly different, but they are the same plug...Just check the gaps
