Hello.

I'm trying to find the Convience Control Module on my Polo 2002 9N.

I've followed the haynes and looked underneath my footwell on drivers side, taking off alot of trim and found my ECU with a VAG-Com port on it.

But I can't find the Convience Control Module which I need to install a remote central locking kit. To tap into some wire on it and get this installed.



Anyone point me in the right direction?

I rang Volkswagen in confusion about not being able to find it, they looked up my chassis number and everything and a technian told me;

"Well, it turns out your car does not have a seperate CCM, hence why I could not find it, and all the interior comforts, like locking is controlled by your ECU, which you've found".

Therefore I cannot fit my kit, but someone who understands the insides of an ECU will.
I've booked it in for my local mechanic to have a look at on Tuesday, and he'll fit it for me.
