Does the 1.4 cl (8v) have a rev limiter and if yes at what rpm?
Personally I have rev'ed to around 5900rpm, and the redline starts between 5000 & 5500.

I'm sure it does. I've taken a 1.3 up to 6200 in 2nd and it was like hitting a brick wall, so I'm pretty sure the newer 1.4 8v has one.

Try it and see!!
