Good morning,

I have found a set of alloys which are off a corsa, the ET is 49 but I don't know if these would fit my 1998 polo?

Can someone please confirm if these would fit thanks?!

Thanks in advance, Alan.

think they should mate, because think vauxhall and vw have same pcd but just to check, ask him if its 4 x 100 because thats what yours will be

check the centre bore too,,,if its too big then youll need spigot rings if its too small then they wont go on.

Not sure how the ET would effect the car although I do know 35-38 is just a recommendation which no one listens to anyway. The centrebore needs to be 57.1 to fit dubs, if not then rings are necessary.

The ET is very important and people should bear it in mind when considering wheels

Centre bore is also important but spigot rings will only take up clearance and will not compensate for a centrebore which is too small

ie if vauxhall centrebore is 55 they won't fit without some machining work

I wrote something on ET's and wheels fitting a while back I'll see if I can find it
