Fuse box problems on mk2 polo s PLEASE HELP!!!!

I was just wondering if any of you had done or know of any one who has changed the fuse box with the old stile fuse's in it to the new blade fuse's as mine has just blown a fuse and im finding it really hard to find any replacements to fit in it. PLEASE HELP ME
