Electronic Headlight Adjustment

Did all polos come with the adjustable headlights. The ones where you can change the height of the beam depending on your load?

Yes, as that is a legal requirement in either UK or EEC.

Id love to know though, what do people have the mset at though in general say if its just the driver in the car should you have them set at the lowest setting possible?

I have them as high as they'll go normally. It's generally for when you're towing / fully laden. the back drops down so you need to lower the headlights to counter the angle of the car.

so as you say, when it's just you in the car then they should be at their maximum.

I think the setting should be 'zero' to ensure you get 'normal' spread of light.
