Monza alloy centre caps....

Heys guys, had a journey over to Manchester today, and when I got back home later in the day.. noticed the rear offside centre wheel cap has flown off and is missing for my monzas.... 
... so gutted!....
Any chance anyone can confirm that the centre caps are 45mm in diameter...? the outside centre wheel caps seems as though its roughly 50mm...? Trying to look for replacements and there are so many different sizes.. just need to confirm the sizes before I buy....
any help much appreciated
